Your service menu¶
Your menu is the list of jobs a customer can pick when booking you. Each service has a name, an optional duration, and a price.
For a car wash or a logistics provider, this menu is your pricing — there is nothing else. For a workshop, the menu sits alongside your labour rate: a customer booking a specific service gets the menu, while a customer booking off an AI diagnosis gets parts plus labour.
Add, edit, reorder and delete services from the same card. The order you set is the order customers see.
Three ways to price a service¶

Price on request and free are not the same thing
This trips people up, so it is worth being blunt: leaving a price blank to mean "I'll quote
it" is not the same as entering 0. Zero tells every customer — and the AI assistant
reading your listing — that you are giving that work away. If you cannot quote a job up
front, use the price on request option; there is a specific control for it.
A service priced on request still books normally. The customer sees that the price is pending, you quote them, and the agreed amount is recorded when you complete the job.
The cap¶
A single service is capped at AED 50,000. If you genuinely need to price above that, it is a job to quote rather than list.
Your labour rate (workshops)¶
Workshops set one flat labour charge per job, on the same tab. It applies whenever a job is priced as parts + labour rather than off your menu — an AI diagnostic quote, or a checkout from a customer's garage.
If you do not set one, the platform's default rate is used. Setting your own is worth doing on day one: the default is a placeholder, not a recommendation, and it is almost certainly not your rate.
Car washes have no labour rate at all — the field does not appear.
Who controls the price that is actually charged¶
The server does. When a customer books, the price is re-read from your menu on our side, not taken from whatever the customer's browser had loaded. A stale page, an old app version, or a tampered request cannot change what you are owed.
The one deliberate exception is a job you log yourself from the portal for a walk-in customer. There you type the price, because you are the business pricing your own work.
What customers see on your card¶
- "From AED X" — the lowest published price on your menu. Services priced on request are not counted, so quoting a job does not make your card advertise "From AED 0".
- The number of services you offer.
Both come straight from your menu, so a menu you keep current is a card that sells you accurately.
