Getting listed

The two states your business can be in

Markaba AI lists the whole market and enables bookings for the businesses that register. So there are two states, and the difference matters:

A new listing always starts as listing only, whoever created it — whether you applied yourself or we added you after a visit. Registration is a separate step we do once we have checked your business.

Being unregistered does not hide you

A listing-only business is still found, still on the map, and still has a phone number people can call. What it cannot do is take a booking through the platform. Even if someone has a direct link to a Book action, the server refuses it — the button is not the gate.

Applying yourself

Sign in to app.markabaai.com with a normal account, then open Partner With Us in the header and fill in:

  • Business name — as it appears on your licence.
  • Trade licence number, and a photo of the licence if you have one to hand. The photo is optional, but an application with one moves faster because it is the thing we have to see anyway.
  • Service type — workshop, car wash, or vehicle logistics. Pick the one that describes the work; we can change it later without breaking anything.
  • Area — where you actually operate.
  • Contact phone.
  • A short description (optional).

One application at a time

While an application is still pending, the page will not let you submit a second one. If you need to correct something on a pending application, contact us rather than trying to submit again.

What happens next

  1. We review the application itself — is this a real business, is the licence legible. You get an email when it is approved or rejected. A rejection always comes with a reason.
  2. Approval creates your listing and links it to the account you applied with, so the Provider Portal is available to you immediately. At this point you are listing only.
  3. We verify the business — this is the separate check that enables bookings. It is our decision and we make it once we are satisfied; we do not publish a turnaround time, because a number we could not always meet would be worse than no number.

Approval of the application and verification of the business are genuinely two different steps. Being approved in step 2 does not mean you can take bookings yet.

Before we can enable bookings

Car washes and vehicle-logistics providers must have at least one service on their menu. This is enforced — registration is refused outright for a car wash with an empty menu, and the reason is worth understanding: without a menu, your booking form opens with no line items and a total of zero. The business looks live and behaves broken. Add your services first — see Services & prices.

Workshops are not subject to that rule, because a workshop always has a labour rate to fall back on even before its menu is filled in.

If we added you and you want the portal

If you found your business already listed, it is because we list the market, not because someone signed you up. To take it over and start receiving bookings, contact us — we link the listing to your account. Do not create a second listing for the same business; a duplicate splits your reviews and your bookings across two pages.
