This is the help center for businesses on Markaba AI: workshops, car washes, vehicle-logistics providers, and parts suppliers.

I run a workshop, car wash, or logistics service¶
You take bookings from car owners through Markaba AI and manage them in the Provider Portal.

- Availability & slots — working hours, how many cars you take at once, and blocking a day.

You upload your catalog as a spreadsheet and it becomes live listings car owners can buy.

Two things worth knowing before you read further¶
Commercial terms are not on this site. What Markaba AI charges you, when you are paid, and on what schedule are in the agreement you sign with us — not here. If a page on this site seems to imply a number, it does not; ask us and we will put it in writing.
Being listed and being bookable are two different things. Every business we know about can be listed in the directory. Taking bookings through the platform needs verification first. The Getting listed page explains the difference, because it is the single thing partners ask about most.
