Several businesses, one account¶
If you run more than one business — a workshop and a car wash, or two branches — one login can manage all of them.
The listing switcher¶
When your account manages more than one listing, a switcher appears at the top of the Provider Portal. Everything below it — the booking queue, availability, services, showcase — belongs to the business you have selected.
The portal deliberately works on one business at a time. A merged queue would interleave the workshop's pending jobs with the car wash's and give you no way to work through one business's morning.
Your selection is remembered between visits, so you land back on the business you were last working on.
If you manage exactly one listing, no switcher appears and nothing changes for you.
Adding a second business¶
Apply for it the same way as the first, through Partner With Us. When it is approved, it is added to your account — your existing business is not affected.
This used to go wrong, and it went wrong silently
Approving a second business once detached the first: the owner kept running it and simply lost its portal, with nothing explaining why. That is fixed. If you ever find a business missing from your switcher, that is worth reporting — tell us.
Moving a business between accounts¶
Handing a listing to a different account — a new manager, a change of ownership — is something we do for you. Contact us.
We will not attach a listing that another account already manages. If a business is being handed over, the current account has to release it first. This is a safety rule: silently moving a live business between accounts is exactly the kind of thing that should require a person.
Each business keeps its own everything¶
Services, prices, labour rate, hours, slot capacity, blocked days, public page, QR code, offers and reviews are all per business. Nothing is shared between two listings on the same account, and a bad week at one does not affect the other's rating.
